Quiérete is an application of Spanish Red Cross aimed at the healthy habits of the general population. Through some challenges, users will be able to incorporate healthy eating alternatives, regular exercise and even tools for emotional management. The objective of this App is the promotion, implementation and maintenance of healthy lifestyle habits among the population. It also has other sections (recipes, resources of interest, thinking of others...), which serve as a guide so that people can abandon unhealthy behaviors and actively participate in managing their health.
