The TeCuento application, developed by the CNSE Foundation, with the support of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports and the ONCE Foundation, is presented as a specific virtual library for deaf people in which editions of stories and books have been gradually incorporated. translated into Spanish sign language, such as "Platero y Yo", "El Ángel caído", "La Reina de los mares" or "How fun it is to eat fruit!".
In addition, this application incorporates a specific section in which its users can create their own stories, both in sign language and in Spanish, and share them with anyone who, in turn, has the "app" installed.
The objective is to promote the reading habit and literary creation among deaf children and youth through the Spanish sign language, and to facilitate the work that families and professionals carry out in this field.
